Dave McFadden, Agency Principal: Dave previously worked as a commercial insurance agent with a large international insurance broker. Dave was born and raised in the Sunshine State and attended Hillsborough Community College and The University of South Florida. Dave has coached youth football and baseball for many years and has been the head coach of The Pelican U-19 Rugby Club since 2007.  

Cindy McFadden, Property Specialist: Insuring property in Florida can be very challenging. The limited number of insurers who write policies here, combined with the unique environmental perils we face, including tropical storms, hurricanes, tornados, floods, fires and sinkholes, make the purchasing and servicing of insurance complicated. As a specialist in property insurance, Cindy has the knowledge to ensure that our clients get the best policy for their particular needs. Cindy also is active in youth sports as a coach and administrator for youth cheerleading.  

The McFaddens attend Van Dyke United Methodist Church in Lutz with their three children.
